How to Rock an Over 50 Travel Wardrobe-Italy the First 5 Days

Wear the trench and boots (your heaviest items) on the plane for warmth and to create more space in your carry on.  Spend the hours on the plane researching the area.

  1. Wow. Love the new layout on your blog. I love the artful home jewelry. Those hoop earrings are really cool. I find jewelry is an easy way to change up your look when you are traveling.

  6. We're going to France in the fall and maybe Montreal in June. Are you really heaving along the Nikon? With telephoto? I grew up with 35mm and lenses and bags and weight. No more!!! Love the black and white with a dash of camel, a hint of leopard and a splash of red. My favorite neutrals.

    1. No I would not be dragging the Nikon. Although I know some do! For now Europe is out of the question for me as I have an elder to watch out for.

  7. Hi!

No I am actually not "really" travelling to Italy. I have a 94 year old father that I need to care for. We did a few years ago and hope to again at some point. Would love to be heading to France as well. I take almost all of my pics with my Iphone. I needed to add the camera for a filler. I know there are come that still tote their big cameras along. Glad you are enjoying the series.
