Once the holidays are over, January always seems to be a big month for decorating projects and organizing. I am in the process of trying to update our little powder room on the main floor of our house. It has been crying out for help for some time. It is quite small but desperately needs some sort of storage solution to house magazines, towels, books etc that seem to pile up! Essentially the bathroom is one of the easiest and least expensive areas to style. The idea is to create a spa like atmosphere with some simple fixes. You probably have many of the elements needed right in your own home.
Glass Jars old or new filled with bath salts, shells, sponges, soaps, cotton balls etc. work well.
If you have the space (in my little powder room I do not) a tray is a great place to corral bathroom essentials
