Friday Favorites A Few of My Favorite Things

This is the prettiest tablescape I have seen this season.  Doesn't it just make you want to sit outside, freeze your tail off and enjoy natures bounty?

..
How about this from Contesse-du-chocolat?  It is almost too pretty to eat. I think it would be the perfect appetizer to serve at the above dinner party don't you think?

Has anyone tried this chicken recipe?  It sounds like the perfect comfort food.  I think I have attempted to pin it at least ten times.

This winter salad with balsamic fig dressing would be yummy with the chicken above.  I may just try them both tomorrow night, since rain is heading our way again.

Looking for some out of the ordinary stocking stuffers you can make yourself?  How about homeade lip balm from Lark & Linen If you haven't discovered her blog you will love it by the way.

Look Closely...hey is that Beau and his pal Missy driving that truck? Uh oh that looks like trouble.

Have you seen this simple and fabulous dip from Kelly at Talk of the House here. Check out her Christmas house tour while you are at it. I think Beau and Missy would like to take a little along on their little adventure don't you?

  5. Cindy,
This all makes me so excited for the upcoming week. I would love to know the source of the chicken dish...I didn't see a link. That looks so yummy.
The dogs in the truck is my favorite. One time, while visiting Cambria, my husband and I walked past a parking lot adjacent to a restaurant and there were 3 different cars with dogs sitting in the driver's seat (obviously waiting patiently for their humans!) but we cracked up at the sight.
