For me shopping for a swimsuit rates somewhere between getting a tooth pulled and camping in the north woods in the dead of winter. If I find one that is fairly fashionable it doesn't have enough support or coverage. However the "shapewear" swimsuits are like putting on a straight jacket and don't look like anything you should be swimming in. Seafolly of Australia really knows how to build a suit for a woman. Of course they aren't inexpensive, but I don't think a swimsuit is where one should skimp. I have done that before and find myself continually pulling and hitching up my suit. I have had several Seafolly suits over the years and have never regretted spending the extra dollars. Here are a few of my favorites.

This one comes in a tankini version as well

I didn't realize they also have a complete line of beachwear as well. I have my eye on a few of these beauties.

If you would like to see more of Seafolly's collection go here. Does shopping for a swimsuit intimidate you? Do you have a brand that you find flattering and fun? If so I would love to hear about it! Have a safe and fun filled memorial weekend!
P.S I would like to thank all of you for sharing your heartfelt comments on my last post. They meant so much to me.
Thanks, Cindy...I feel the same way about trying on swimsuits. I went to a place down the street that carries SeaFolly based on your recommendation and ended up getting a different Australian brand called Jets by Jessika Allen. The most expensive suit I have ever bought! But I like it.

Cindy,
ReplyDeleteI had to laugh at both your and Debra's "rather's" on swimsuit buying. :-) These really do look great and they look like they would be comfortable. Enough skin to show that you might swim, but enough coverage to not feel conspicuous.
xo,
Karen
I could wear each one of these styles, lovely collection!
