Boasting incomparable views in the city this Russian Hill masterpiece could be yours for a cool $13 million. Recently renovated with 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 half-baths, 2-car attached garage with interior access (very important in the city). Of course it has a Formal Living Room, Dining Room, Eat-in kitchen, 4 decks, Family/Media room, indoor gas barbecue, Miele appliances, radiant floors, low voc paint, wine cellar, security system, fireplace, and a South facing (thank goodness!) mature garden.
I particularly like the main floor living area. I would love to know who designed this beauty. Anyone have any idea?
Could you stand to visit this view every night? What do you think? Ready to move?

Lovely... and very expensive.
ReplyDeleteLove the deck
and the bedroom with a terrace and a view.
WOW! So different from the usual rustic Russian Hills places... a good friend of ours lived in a very old apartment with that same view, and it made it worth the tiny decrepit kitchen and moldy smells... but in THAT place I don't think I would ever leave the house! (except for espresso at Mario's or calamari salad at N Bch Cafe...)
ReplyDeleteIf I only had 13 millions... the view alone is worth it, absolutely spectacular!!! i am drooling with envy.
